Brackett ISD 4th Grader, Joaquin Corona, Ranks in the Top 10 in the Nation at the National Geography Bee

Brackett ISD student shines Nationwide!!! We are so proud of Joaquin! He competed in the National Geography Bee held in Florida! 

Joaquin finished his competition in Florida, he competed in quick buzzer competitions and written exams where he excelled. Overall he placed 9th out of 57 competitors. His score was 88 and first place was a 97. He had some very tough competition, but definitely represented our school and our district well! He is ranked in the top 10 in the nation! Congrats!
