KCAA Presents Proposal to City of Brackettville For Improved Impounded Dog Care

On Tuesday, April 15, Cindy Hayter, with KCAA, (pictured right) presented a proposal to the City of Brackettville for improved impounded dog care and progressive animal care. The Council went into Executive Session, and will hopefully consider implementing KCAA’s suggestions to benefit the local animal population, as well as the community as a whole.
