Community Rallies to Care for Highway Dog

“Lil’ 90,” “Nellie Ninety,” “Highway Dog,” “the little black dog on 90,” has been the topic of numerous posts in local Facebook groups for weeks. The skittish black dog has become a regular sight along Hwy. 90 across from the Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, and while she likely doesn’t currently have a real home, the community at large has seemed to have adopted her.  KCP hopes to report on a successful rescue and adoption in the coming weeks!
