KCGCD May Take Steps to Save Las Moras Spring

Photo: Kinney County Groundwater Conservation District developed this map last year of production zones in the county, which shows a correlation between Las Moras Spring flow and pumping from wells. Pumping from wells in Zone 1 has a high impact on the spring, Zone 2 has a moderate impact and Zone 3, a low impact.
