Public Notice: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – Rural Development, Non- Construction and Community Facilities

The County of Kinney is giving notice of the county’s intent to submit a grant application to the above-mentioned agency for a funding project. The USDA Rural Development, Non-Construction application will request an ambulance for the Kinney County Emergency Medical Services. The County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in the District Courtroom on the second floor of the Kinney County Courthouse at 9:00am. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact the Judge’s Office to arrange for assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact the Judge’s Office at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
